Se realiz\u00f3 una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n en tuberculosis, en el Hospital Evita Pueblo de Berazategui. La misma estuvo a cargo de personal de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud P\u00fablica e Higiene municipal, del \u00e1rea de V\u00edas Respiratorias del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud N\u00b0 1 \u201cDr. Javier S\u00e1batto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bajo el lema \u201cLa importancia de un diagn\u00f3stico temprano\u201d, se expusieron diferentes enfoques relacionados con la tuberculosis: situaci\u00f3n actual en Argentina, el AMBA y Berazategui; nociones de diagn\u00f3stico bacteriol\u00f3gico; presentaci\u00f3n de casos cl\u00ednicos; tipos de tratamiento; para qu\u00e9 sirve la PPD y el control de foco. Las exposiciones estuvieron coordinadas por especialistas en neumonolog\u00eda: la Dra. Ayel\u00e9n Fern\u00e1ndez, la Dra. Gabriela Herrero y la enfermera Gisela Ruiz, todas pertenecientes al CAPS N\u00b0 1 del Municipio de Berazategui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En este sentido, la Dra. Herrero inform\u00f3: \u201cNuestro objetivo es atacar la tuberculosis desde el inicio y lograr un diagn\u00f3stico precoz. Desde la Municipalidad, con el apoyo del intendente, Dr. Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, intentamos hacer un abordaje directo de los pacientes y mejorar su calidad de vida. Por eso, articulamos con m\u00e9dicos cl\u00ednicos y de guardia, especialistas en bacteriolog\u00eda, neumon\u00f3logos y enfermeros, tanto del Hospital Evita Pueblo, como del CAPS N\u00b0 1\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEn este \u00faltimo tiempo observamos que hay muchos casos de tuberculosis -algunos muy dif\u00edciles de tratar- y que la gente llega tarde a la consulta neumonol\u00f3gica. Adem\u00e1s, esto se desarrolla en un contexto socioecon\u00f3mico complicado, que impacta en temas como la alimentaci\u00f3n y el acceso a los medicamentos.
