Cristian Girard, director de la Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (ARBA) justific\u00f3 el aumento del impuesto inmobiliario rural por el contexto de alta inflaci\u00f3n que viene viviendo la econom\u00eda argentina en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cClaramente los incrementos son grandes en virtud del contexto inflacionario que estamos viviendo\u201d, indic\u00f3 Girard en declaraciones a Radio Mitre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSi uno compara lo que paga de cualquier cosa, hoy en marzo o en febrero, con lo que pagaba hace un a\u00f1o, el aumento es abismal y escandaloso\u201d, justific\u00f3 el funcionario bonaerense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Incluso remarc\u00f3 que la Agencia que el conduce aument\u00f3 los impuestos por debajo de la inflaci\u00f3n. \u201cEn ese contexto, los impuestos patrimoniales en la provincia de Buenos Aires, que son la patente, el inmobiliario urbano y el rural, se incrementaron por debajo de la inflaci\u00f3n para gran parte de los propietarios\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLa verdad es que no es un impuestazo\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3. Y agreg\u00f3 que s\u00ed ser\u00eda un impuestazo \u00absi uno aumenta el impuesto por encima de la inflaci\u00f3n varios puntos\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
