El acto fue encabezado por el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curso fue dictado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Nutrici\u00f3n y Calidad de los Alimentos del Ministerio de Desarrollo de la Comunidad de la provincia de Buenos Aires. En \u00e9l se abord\u00f3 desde c\u00f3mo deben ser los procesos de almacenado, conservaci\u00f3n y cocci\u00f3n de los alimentos, hasta la promoci\u00f3n de una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, adaptada en el caso de aquellos ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes que presentan -por ejemplo- celiaqu\u00eda; y un an\u00e1lisis del rol que cumple la Escuela en la construcci\u00f3n de entornos saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, Mussi asegur\u00f3: \u201cLe agradecemos al gobernador Axel Kicillof porque esta iniciativa forma parte de la defensa de la salud y la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, ya que las capacitaciones son para que nuestros chicos, en las escuelas, coman bien y est\u00e9n sanos. Tambi\u00e9n, felicito a las y los auxiliares que se sumaron para formarse. Eso demuestra su vocaci\u00f3n de servicio y enaltece a la comunidad educativa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el director provincial del SAE, Juan Pablo Sorrentino, expres\u00f3: \u201cNos pone muy contentos estar en Berazategui, ya que se nota el acompa\u00f1amiento del intendente Mussi en cuanto a la gesti\u00f3n educativa. Nos llena de orgullo, adem\u00e1s, saber que los auxiliares escolares se suman a participar y contagian a sus compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras. Por eso, seguimos poniendo en valor el trabajo que realizan d\u00eda a d\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participaron en el acto, adem\u00e1s, integrantes del Gabinete municipal; el presidente del Consejo Escolar (HCE), Fernando Cardozo;
