El Municipio de Quilmes informa que se encuentra en su etapa final la obra de pavimentaci\u00f3n de 28 cuadras en el barrio La Uni\u00f3n, de San Francisco Solano, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el nuevo corredor urbano en la calle 822, iniciativas en el marco del Plan de Pavimentaci\u00f3n de las 85 cuadras en el barrio La Uni\u00f3n, y la intervenci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico que impulsa la gesti\u00f3n de la intendenta Mayra Mendoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obras P\u00fablicas, a cargo de Ceci Soler, detallaron que en los barrios La Uni\u00f3n y Donato \u00c1lvarez avanzan con la pavimentaci\u00f3n y sus respectivos cordones en la zona entre avenida San Mart\u00edn, calle 822, Donato \u00c1lvarez y calle 888. A su vez, contin\u00faan las obras en el barrio 1\u00ba de Mayo, ubicado entre avenida Ferrocarril Provincial, calle 831, Dr. Emilio Torre y calle 842.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La obra se desarrolla a lo largo de 28 cuadras, donde tambi\u00e9n se ampli\u00f3 la red pluvial existente con 795 metros de ca\u00f1er\u00edas, 26 sumideros y 11 c\u00e1maras de inspecci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se construir\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 20.000 metros cuadrados de veredas en todo el sector a intervenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Corredor urbano El espacio est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n integrado por nueve conjuntos de bancos y mesas, seis contenedores para residuos, piso de goma y cemento peinado y 49 farolas de luces LED. Tambi\u00e9n los trabajos contemplan la construcci\u00f3n de un corredor urbano situado en la calle 822 entre calle Dr. Emilio Torre y calle 892, con mobiliario urbano e iluminaci\u00f3n. El mismo cuenta con equipamiento aer\u00f3bico de m\u00e1quina de pedales con remo, una caminadora, bicicletas fijas, banco para abdominales, cabalgata aer\u00f3bica y circuito de barras. Adem\u00e1s de juegos como hamacas, toboganes y calesitas; cuenta adem\u00e1s con dos mesas de ping pong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
