Al respecto, la titular de la Agencia de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat municipal, Cecilia Rold\u00e1n, destac\u00f3: \u201cSe trata de 300 viviendas que se ir\u00e1n finalizando por etapas. Esta obra avanz\u00f3 en un 30% y es financiada por el Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires -de Axel Kicillof-, a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano que, junto con la gesti\u00f3n del intendente de Berazategui, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, lograron la reanudaci\u00f3n de este proyecto tan ansiado para todos los vecinos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, Rold\u00e1n indic\u00f3: \u201cLas viviendas tendr\u00e1n 2, 3 o 4 habitaciones en dos plantas. Algunas de ellas ser\u00e1n adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida. Todas contar\u00e1n con todos los servicios: agua, luz y gas, un gran logro para todos nosotros. Una vez que los vecinos que viven a la vera del Arroyo sean relocalizados, en el lugar donde se asentaban antes se construir\u00e1 un parque ribere\u00f1o que integrar\u00e1 al barrio y un Sal\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples (SUM). Hacer este cambio en la trama urbana ser\u00e1 todo un logro\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La superficie actual destinada a las viviendas es de 22.325 metros cuadrados.
