La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, encabez\u00f3 ayer mi\u00e9rcoles el acto de entrega de indumentaria a los deportistas y entrenadores locales que participar\u00e1n en la gran final de los Juegos Bonaerenses 2024, que se disputar\u00e1 en Mar del Plata entre el 28 de octubre y el 2 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cUstedes saben que no est\u00e1n siendo d\u00edas sencillos para nadie, nos cuesta much\u00edsimo poder comprar esta ropa, pero decidimos hacer el esfuerzo para poder tener condiciones dignas y tambi\u00e9n para que todos estemos representados con nuestros colores y nuestra impronta\u201d, sostuvo la Jefa comunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mayra destac\u00f3: \u201cSepan que son un orgullo para la ciudad. Tienen el honor de representar a Quilmes y eso es una enorme responsabilidad. Les deseamos lo mejor, que no es solamente ganar y traer todas las medallas posibles, sino que la pasen bien y que hagan amigos, porque tenemos derecho a divertirnos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este a\u00f1o participaron m\u00e1s de 10 mil j\u00f3venes en la etapa local de los Juegos Bonaerenses 2024. Luego, se desarrollaron las etapas regionales e interregionales. Y, finalmente, a la instancia provincial llegan alrededor de 500 deportistas, lo que convierte a Quilmes en el tercer Municipio con mayor cantidad de participantes (detr\u00e1s de La Matanza y La Plata).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre equipos masculinos, femeninos, adultos mayores y personas con discapacidad, Quilmes competir\u00e1 en las siguientes disciplinas: futsal, f\u00fatbol 11, f\u00fatbol tenis, handball, handball playa, b\u00e1squet 5 vs 5, b\u00e1squet 3 vs 3, atletismo, softball, tenis, nataci\u00f3n, taekwondo, judo, p\u00e1del, gimnasia art\u00edstica, cestoball, beach v\u00f3ley, deportes PCD, taba, truco, dibujo, pintura y danza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Una de las integrantes de la delegaci\u00f3n, Gisel M\u00e9ndez, de la Secundaria N\u00ba 2 Don Luis Piedrabuena, cont\u00f3 que fue su pap\u00e1 quien la motiv\u00f3 a practicar atletismo, se mostr\u00f3 entusiasmada con los Juegos Bonaerenses y agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo del Municipio: \u201cEs muy lindo que en Quilmes se fomente el deporte\u201d. Por su parte, Joaqu\u00edn Peredo, de la Secundaria N\u00ba 37, coment\u00f3: \u201cEmpec\u00e9 con atletismo el a\u00f1o pasado por los Juegos Bonaerenses, hab\u00eda una prueba en mi colegio y fui. Desde ah\u00ed no par\u00e9. Estoy muy contento por esta oportunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El acto se desarroll\u00f3 en el Polideportivo Municipal Reynaldo Gorno, de Quilmes Oeste. All\u00ed las autoridades repartieron los conjuntos de ropa: pantal\u00f3n, buzo y campera rompeviento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
