Durante el verano contin\u00faa el dictado de clases de Entrenamiento funcional en el Complejo Municipal Los Privilegiados (calle 156 y 50, Pl\u00e1tanos), como parte de la oferta deportiva veraniega que impulsa la Municipalidad de Berazategui. Los encuentros son los martes y jueves, de 8.00 a 10.00, y est\u00e1n destinados a mayores de 18 a\u00f1os. Es otra opci\u00f3n ideal para mantenerse en forma y movimiento durante la \u00e9poca estival.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHacemos un entrenamiento din\u00e1mico, divertido y entretenido, como para que los vecinos y vecinas pasen un buen momento y mejoren su calidad de vida. Los ejercicios est\u00e1n adaptados para todo tipo de edades y personas. El grupo es numeroso y unido. Integramos a cada uno que se acerca a participar, para que disfrute y siga viniendo\u201d, inform\u00f3 Mat\u00edas Fern\u00e1ndez, profesor de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social y Comunitario, Recreaci\u00f3n, Turismo y Deportes municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
