{"id":5055,"date":"2024-02-28T01:07:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T04:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/magazineweb.com.ar\/?p=5055"},"modified":"2024-02-24T22:33:49","modified_gmt":"2024-02-25T01:33:49","slug":"berazategui-favorece-la-inclusion-de-las-mujeres-en-la-industria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/magazineweb.com.ar\/?p=5055","title":{"rendered":"Berazategui favorece la inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en la industria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>A trav\u00e9s de la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 5876, de 2021, la Municipalidad de Berazategui establece un R\u00e9gimen de Promoci\u00f3n Industrial que contempla beneficios impositivos -a modo de exenci\u00f3n de las tasas municipales- para las empresas que incorporen mujeres en su plantel de trabajadores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para obtener el beneficio, las firmas tienen que demostrar la incorporaci\u00f3n de mujeres a sus equipos productivos de trabajo y que el 50% del total de la n\u00f3mina de empleados tenga domicilio real en la ciudad. De esta manera, podr\u00e1n acceder al 50% de la eximici\u00f3n de las tasas municipales relativas a la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, Daniel Rosato, presidente de la Uni\u00f3n Industrial de Berazategui, asegur\u00f3: \u201cEsta medida se ve reflejada en el crecimiento de la cantidad de mujeres en las empresas, no solo por sus habilidades laborales, sino tambi\u00e9n por su capacidad para desempe\u00f1ar cargos en puestos jer\u00e1rquicos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn Berazategui se ha logrado algo fundamental y a imitar: la integraci\u00f3n entre el sector p\u00fablico y el privado. El intendente Mussi supo dar respuesta a empresarios e industriales, que se sienten apoyados por la gesti\u00f3n municipal\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Rosato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa naci\u00f3 a partir de los resultados arrojados por los relevamientos de empleo realizados por la Municipalidad, a trav\u00e9s del Observatorio Productivo de la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dependiendo del rubro de cada una de las empresas que puedan acceder a este beneficio, se realizar\u00e1 la exenci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s de la
