El encuentro contar\u00e1 con charlas informativas, food trucks con productos aptos para cel\u00edacos, cocina en vivo y sorteos, entre otras actividades. Se desarrollar\u00e1 de 15.00 a 19.00, con acceso gratuito y abierto a la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el evento, adem\u00e1s, habr\u00e1 espacios de debate y charlas acerca de la manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos y de la Ley de Enfermedad Cel\u00edaca N\u00b0 26.588. En tanto, en los sectores de gastronom\u00eda habr\u00e1 espacios de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y productos de elaboraci\u00f3n local sin TACC. Asimismo, habr\u00e1 stands informativos de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social y Comunitario, Recreaci\u00f3n, Turismo y Deportes; y de Asesor\u00eda Letrada municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La celiaqu\u00eda es una enfermedad cr\u00f3nica, que se desencadena por la ingesti\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas presentes en trigo, avena, cebada y centeno, habitualmente llamadas gluten, lo que afecta el intestino delgado de personas que est\u00e1n gen\u00e9ticamente predispuestas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta enfermedad puede aparecer en cualquier momento de la vida, desde que se incorpora el gluten a la alimentaci\u00f3n.
