Ya llevan un 40% de avance gracias al convenio firmado entre la Municipalidad de Berazategui -a cargo del intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi- y el Organismo Provincial de Integraci\u00f3n Social y Urbana (OPISU), con el financiamiento del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las obras, promovidas por el Gobierno municipal y el de la provincia de Buenos Aires, contemplan el mejoramiento de espacios p\u00fablicos y la construcci\u00f3n de equipamiento comunitario. Esta fase tambi\u00e9n contempla obras en la red de agua, cloacas y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la planta de impulsi\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s de la renovaci\u00f3n del alumbrado p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al respecto, la titular de la Agencia de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat municipal, Cecilia Rold\u00e1n, destac\u00f3: \u201cActualmente estamos desarrollando una obra de equipamiento comunitario integrado por un SUM, un espacio p\u00fablico y las veredas perimetrales. El SUM cuenta con ba\u00f1os y cocina, e integrar\u00e1 y reunir\u00e1 a los vecinos. Gran parte de la mano de obra es local, son vecinos de Berazategui quienes trabajan aqu\u00ed. Ese fue uno de los acuerdos entre el intendente Mussi y el OPISU\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y agreg\u00f3: \u201cAgradecemos al intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, por pensar siempre en el bienestar de los vecinos, as\u00ed como al gobernador Axel Kicillof.
