La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, llev\u00f3 a cabo el martes la entrega del certificado de habilitaci\u00f3n al nuevo local de Caf\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez, de Quilmes Oeste, ubicado en la avenida Carlos Pellegrini y Bernardo de Irigoyen, donde convers\u00f3 con los titulares de la franquicia, salud\u00f3 a los empleados y empleadas, y luego mantuvo una reuni\u00f3n con propietarios de diversos foodtrucks que se sumar\u00e1n al esquema de eventos que realiza la Comuna a lo largo del distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLes entregamos el certificado de habilitaci\u00f3n a los due\u00f1os de Caf\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez y tambi\u00e9n a nuevos titulares de foodtrucks, que se sumar\u00e1n a los eventos del distrito. Desde el Municipio trabajamos para seguir garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas, fomentando la confiabilidad, la transparencia e impulsando a los emprendimientos locales\u201d, expres\u00f3 Mayra, quien les dese\u00f3 \u00e9xitos a los flamantes propietarios, y que estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario de la Agencia de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Control Comunal y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Juli\u00e1n Bellido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por su parte, uno de los titulares del nuevo local, Pablo Cardinali, relat\u00f3: \u201cLa atenci\u00f3n del Municipio fue muy buena, y siempre que faltaba algo me llamaban, sinceramente me atendieron b\u00e1rbaro, tanto por tel\u00e9fono como personalmente. Est\u00e1 bueno que venga la Intendenta a hacer entrega de un certificado de forma personal, la verdad que es una idea copada\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El espacio cuenta con 14 trabajadores y trabajadoras y contribuye a fortalecer el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico local, con una variada propuesta gastron\u00f3mica para que los vecinos y vecinas se acerquen a disfrutar en familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras ello, la Jefa comunal comparti\u00f3 un encuentro con nuevos integrantes de foodtrucks que se sumar\u00e1n al cronograma de eventos que se efect\u00faan en los distintos barrios a quienes tambi\u00e9n les entreg\u00f3 los certificados de habilitaci\u00f3n correspondientes. Ellos son Oueni Chucri Phillips (shawarma), Lerda Mariela (pasteler\u00eda, waffles y cupcakes) y Wellington Brewery (pizza).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al respecto, el secretario de la C\u00e1mara de Gastron\u00f3micos, Hoteler\u00eda, Turismo y Esparcimiento de Quilmes, Eduardo Spagnoletta, manifest\u00f3: \u201cEs muy importante para nosotros seguir articulando con la gesti\u00f3n este tipo de habilitaciones, estamos muy contentos de que esto pase. Somos una gesti\u00f3n s\u00faper colaborativa y participativa. Vamos a continuar trabajando para eso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
