La vacuna contra el VSR es obligatoria para gestantes entre las semanas 32 y 36. La Municipalidad de Berazategui la aplica, de manera gratuita, en los Centros de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud (CAPS), en los vacunatorios del distrito y en las postas fijas que se instalan en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este virus es la primera causa de bronquiolitis y afecta, principalmente, a menores de un a\u00f1o. En ese sentido, la vacuna previene las formas graves de dicha enfermedad respiratoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al respecto, la Dra. Estela Valiente -directora del \u00e1rea Materno Infantil de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud municipal- se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cComienza en este 2025 una nueva campa\u00f1a de vacunaci\u00f3n contra el Virus Sincicial Respiratorio. \u00c9sta es impulsada en toda la provincia de Buenos Aires, y en nuestra ciudad es posible por la iniciativa del intendente, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, quien siempre vela por la salud de todos los ciudadanos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, explic\u00f3: \u201cEl Virus Sincicial Respiratorio es el principal causante de bronquiolitis y neumon\u00edas en los beb\u00e9s menores de un a\u00f1o. En aquellos con factores de riesgo como cardiopat\u00edas cong\u00e9nitas o displasia broncopulmonar, puede llevar a internaciones prolongadas o incluso a la muerte\u201d. Y concluy\u00f3: \u201cPor eso, es importante aplicarse esta vacuna, que es obligatoria y gratuita. Pueden hacerlo en conjunto con otras que tambi\u00e9n se indican durante el embarazo, como la antigripal o la triple bacteriana celular\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
